Electronics have been modified, and the model now has 2 decoders. The SoundTraxx decoder controls the sound & motor, while the BLI decoder only controls the lights & smoke. The lights do not work properly on analog DC. The SoundTraxx decoder cannot be reprogramed without taking apart the tender and unplugging the black plug. So we have left it programmed to DCC address #4021 - Some dust buildup & other general wear
