Both Units Powered - #9679 & #9680

Models have been converted to only run on 2-Rail AC power - B-unit makes a constant clicking noise when stopped in Neutral (problem unknown), but is OK when moving - Smoke doesn't seem to work - Wires glued under both units - Sound in A-Unit only - Some steps and truck sideframe details are loose - Both have dust buildup, scratches, scuffs, and other general wear - Box has some damage
